BIOGRAPHY

Dr Julian Ormerod graduated in medicine from Cambridge and Oxford Universities and was awarded a PhD in Cardiovascular Medicine from the University of Birmingham. He works as a consultant cardiologist in Milton Keynes and Oxford. His primary research interest is in inherited disorders of heart rhythm (“Channelopathies”) including the diagnosis and management of novel diseases, as part of his work in the Inherited Cardiac Conditions service (John Radcliffe Hospital/Oxford University).
