Ø Versatile Nursing Background with invasive and non-invasive skills in cardiology, organizing and supporting skills though versatile experience both in the United Kingdom and India.
Ø Masters in Mentorship in professional Practice.
Ø Pursued relevant experience and skills in management of Heart failure patients throughout the process from initial assessment, diagnosis via relevant investigation, management (up-to-date knowledge of HF management), and discharge at right time. Also, have the experience of remotely during pandemic period.
Ø Have done presentation regarding Heart failure and management, involved in clinical governance meeting in the cardiology department and been a part of in National level audits like NICOR like data collection and data input.
Ø Involved in local audits including KPIs, formulating local guidelines/framework by adhering to the trust’s policy and presented the outcome in Cardiology Clinical Governance meeting.
